Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen und Haftungsausschluss

Gebühren

Die Gebühren setzen sich aus der Registrierungsgebühr von THB 2,200 und der Trainingsgebühr zusammen.
In der jährlichen Registrierungsgebühr sind ein BVB-Fußballset (Shirt, Hose und Socken) sowie der Zugang zur BVB eAcademy inkludiert.
Die Gebühren sind bei der Anmeldung zu bezahlen. Eine Rückerstattung ist nur in Ausnahmefällen (z.B. Verletzung, Wegzug) möglich.
Die jährliche Registrierungsgebühr von THB 2,200 wird nicht zurückerstattet.

Haftungsausschluss

In Anbetracht der Teilnahme an den von der BVB International Academy Thailand organisierten Fussballaktivitäten entbinde ich hiermit die BVB International Academy Thailand von allen Ansprüchen oder Schäden. Ich erkenne an, dass mit sportlicher Betätigung stets ein Verletzungsrisiko verbunden ist.

Fees

Fees consist of a registration fee of THB 2,200 and a training fee.
The annual registration fee includes a BVB football kit and access to the BVB eAcademy.
Both fees must be paid upon registration. Refunds are only possible in exceptional cases (e.g., injury, relocation).
The annual registration fee of THB 2,200 is non-refundable.

Liability Disclaimer

By participating, I release BVB International Academy Thailand from any claims or damages. I acknowledge the inherent risk of injury in sports. BVB International Academy Thailand assumes that all players have adequate health and accident insurance.
